Shipping policy

Cerveza Tulum ships to all of Mexico.

We currently do not ship outside of Mexico.

It is very important that you correctly indicate your telephone number and email so that it is possible to contact you in case the parcel does not find your address.

All orders will be shipped within 24-72 hours after payment is processed. If there are any delays, you will be notified by email and your shipping date will be updated.

Delivery will be made between 5 to 7 business days. This period may vary due to logistics issues, since the delivery is made through contracted parcel companies outside of, according to availability, these could be Redpack, Packagexpress, DHL, Carssa.

Note:Delivery times may be affected in times of high sales volume (such as Black Friday, Christmas...)

If at the time of delivery you are absent, the carrier will leave a notice at your address indicating that it was there for the delivery of your order.

You will receive 2 visits from the parcel to your home for the delivery of your product(s). If you do not receive your order in any of these visits, the delivery will change to Ocurre Service and you must go to the nearest parcel office within 3 business days to collect your package.

The order will only be delivered to a person of legal age.

Cervecería GRAN ARRECIFE MAYA as a company we provide you with a guide with the tentative delivery dates, between 5 to 7 business days after your payment is processed. If after those days your product has not arrived, you have 72 calendar hours to raise a clarification, after that time and without receiving any contact from you to us, we will assume that your product was received.

If you require a change in the delivery address, once the order has been placed, it is essential that you notify us as soon as possible.

Once the package has been dispatched, any change of address will have an additional charge equivalent to the cost of the shipment. will deliver the product to the address you indicate on the order form. will not be responsible if you enter in the form a delivery address that does not exist or is not valid.

If you receive a broken or open box, you detect a shortage or there are broken bottles, you need to take pictures

  • Photograph of damaged packaging.
  • Photographs of the pieces received.
  • Photograph of the tracking guide.

and send us an email to specifying the damage, abuse or missing, describing the incident within 24 hours of delivery.

Without the evidence we cannot make the guarantee valid.
